They enable us to recognize your computer again the next time you visit our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or when you close your browser.
c) Persistent cookies are deleted automatically after a specified time, which may vary from one cookie to the next. You can delete these cookies at any time in your browser’s security settings.

 7. Credit check / scoring

If we provide goods or services in advance, we may carry out a credit check based on mathematical-statistical methods to safeguard our legitimate interests with the help of the following credit agency:

We transmit the personal data required to carry out a credit check to the credit agency concerned and use the information we receive regarding the statistical probability of payment default. The credit report may contain probability values (scores) that are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical methods. The future risk of non-payment by the customer is determined by means of numerous different criteria such as income, address data, occupation, marital status and previous payment behavior. The result is expressed in the form of a payment value (so-called score). The information thus obtained forms the basis for our decision regarding the establishment, execution or termination of a contractual relationship.
However, the opportunity to choose of one of the payment methods offered does not depend on such data.

8. Right to object to processing of your data / withdrawal of consent

If you have given us consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw this consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legitimacy of processing activities based on your consent prior to such revocation.
Where the processing of your personal data is based on a balance of interests, you may object to such processing. In particular, this is the case if processing is not necessary to fulfill a contract with you, which we outline in the following description of the function. If you exercise your right of objection in such a case, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. If your objection is justified, we will examine the situation and either discontinue or adapt data processing unless we can demonstrate compelling, legitimate reasons for continuing data processing.
You can of course object at any time to the processing of personal data about you for the purposes of advertising or data analysis. You can inform Ettlinger Kunststoffmaschinen GmbH of your objection to the commercial use of your data using the contact details above.
